Information we collect

LeadPathScore may process the following information:

• the public website URL submitted for scanning;
• publicly accessible homepage content, page title, headings, links, contact signals and technical signals from that website;
• generated scan results, score data, findings, evidence and report metadata;
• an email address when you request your Free Detailed Results secure link, and, only if you separately and explicitly opt in after opening those results, an email address for the Pro launch update list;
• basic technical information, such as browser, device, IP-derived request information, cookies and security logs used for abuse prevention and rate limits;
• general website usage information through analytics and performance tools.

How we use information

LeadPathScore uses information to:

• perform the requested free scan;
• generate, store and display scan results;
• send the Free Detailed Results secure link and confirm when it has been opened;
• send Pro launch update emails, but only to an address that separately and explicitly opted in;
• operate, secure and improve the service;
• measure general site usage and scan completion.

Cookies and analytics

LeadPathScore uses cookies and similar browser storage to support anonymous visitor limits, Free Detailed Results access, admin testing controls and analytics. LeadPathScore uses Google Analytics, Google Ads measurement and Vercel analytics tools to understand general usage and scan performance. LeadPathScore does not intentionally send submitted website URLs, email addresses, access tokens, PIN codes or form message text in analytics event parameters.

Service providers

LeadPathScore may use service providers for hosting, database storage, email delivery, analytics, performance measurement, payment processing, AI-assisted report generation and abuse prevention. These include providers such as Vercel, Supabase, Resend, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google PageSpeed Insights, PayPal and OpenAI when configured. Payment processing and AI-assisted report generation apply only to the paid Pro Action Plan, which is not currently available for purchase. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services.

What we do not collect

The current free scan does not ask for website admin credentials, private dashboard access, payment card details or a user account. LeadPathScore scans publicly accessible homepage information and cannot review private pages, unpublished content or internal systems.

Report links

Free report pages use private report tokens. Anyone with a free report link may be able to view that free result. Free Detailed Results access requires opening a secure, time-limited link sent to your email, or an unlocked report link. Avoid sharing report links or secure access links with anyone who should not view the report.

Downloads and sharing

If you use report sharing or PDF download features, the report content may be copied, downloaded or shared outside LeadPathScore. You are responsible for where you send downloaded files or shared report links.

Data retention

Information is kept only for as long as reasonably needed to provide reports, maintain the service, prevent abuse and respond to support or deletion requests.

Your choices

You may contact support@leadpathscore.com to ask a privacy question, request deletion of an email or report or stop receiving product update emails.

Pro launch update emails include an unsubscribe link. You may unsubscribe at any time, with no login required. After you unsubscribe, LeadPathScore keeps a minimal record so the opt-out continues to be respected and that address is not added back to the update list automatically. Unsubscribing from product updates is separate from the Free Detailed Results secure link: if you later request that link again for a scan, it will still be sent, since it is a result you specifically asked for rather than a marketing message.

Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated as LeadPathScore changes. The updated date will show when the policy was last revised.
